Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy explains how Cyvra Pty Ltd, trading as LIZAMINDSETSHIFT, sets and displays prices for its coaching, healing, and digital services.

1. Currency & Display of Prices

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where a program is offered to clients in another country, an approximate equivalent may be shared for convenience, but the amount actually charged will be determined by our payment provider at the time of transaction and may vary slightly due to exchange rates.

2. What Is Included in the Price

The price of each program or session includes the specific inclusions described to you at the time of booking or purchase — such as the number of sessions, access period, workbooks, recordings, or community access. Any bonuses or promotional add-ons will be clearly described and do not carry a separate cash value.

3. Payment Methods

Payments are accepted through the payment links, invoices, or booking platforms we provide, which may include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods supported by our payment processors. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not directly store full card details.

4. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, it represents a commitment to pay the full program price across agreed instalments and is not a pay-per-session arrangement unless stated otherwise in writing. Clients are responsible for ensuring instalments are paid on the agreed dates. Overdue instalments may result in a temporary pause of sessions or program access, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Discounts & Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer discounted pricing, bundles, or promotional offers. These are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Purchases made under a promotional offer remain subject to our standard Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time for future bookings or new enrolments. Any change will not affect the price of a program or session you have already purchased or booked.

7. Taxes

Prices may or may not include applicable taxes (such as GST) depending on the nature of the service and the client's location. Where applicable, any tax will be clearly itemised on your invoice or receipt.
